Sweet Meg’s Chocolate Chip Cookies

We reached out to our friends at Sweet Meg's Bakery to create these delicious ready-to-prepare cookies. We hope you love baking these as much as we loved creating them. Happy nesting!

 

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • Chocolate Chips
  • Granulated Sugar
  • Light Brown Sugar
  • Flour
  • Vanilla Pudding
  • Baking Soda
  • Salt

 

WHAT YOU NEED:

  • 1 stick softened butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract

 

DIRECTIONS:

  • Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.
  • Grease cookie sheet.
  • Spoon chocolate chips into small bowl, set aside.
  • Spoon granulated sugar and brown sugar into mixing bowl, add butter and cream together using a hand mixer. Then add egg and vanilla.
  • Place lid on jar; shake to mix flour, vanilla pudding, soda and salt. Slowly add flour mixture into mixing bowl. Mix until combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Drop 1" cookie dough balls onto cookie sheets, leaving 2" between cookies.
  • Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
  • Leave cookies on pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
