HOW DOES YOUR GARDEN GROW? 40% of Nesters have both a flower garden and a vegetable garden, while 14% grow veggies only, 19% stick to just flowers, and 28% have neither.
EASY PEASY What’s the easiest fruit or veggie to grow? 61% of Nesters say tomatoes, followed by kale and strawberries.
CURB APPEAL SEALS THE DEAL According to 77% of Nesters, curb appeal matters more to buyers than backyard landscaping.

PORCH, PLEASE! Forced to choose, 68% of Nesters would opt for a screened-in porch, while 32% would prefer a sunroom.
FENCE IT UP! 76% of our Brokers agree that buyers prefer a fence around the property.
TOOLS OF THE TRADE 42% of Nesters say that gardening gloves are their most essential gardening tool, while 30% say a riding mower is their favorite, and 18% rely on their trusty trowel.
WOOD WINS When it comes to decking materials, 53% of Nesters prefer the beauty of natural wood, while 47% opt for maintenance-free manufactured options like Trex.
